Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas, made an appearance on Morning Joe to discuss his recent stop in New Hampshire. Mika Brzezinski talks to the senator about the controversial GOP letter to Iranian officials, wondering if the letter’s intention was to “get in the way of the negotiations…”

Cruz also discusses why he’s for a flat tax, and his thoughts on 2016.
