Emma Sky, is a British expert on the Middle East. From 2007-2010, she served in Iraq as the political adviser to U.S. General Ray Odierno. She served as the Governorate Coordinator of Kirkuk for the Coalition Provisional Authority from 2003-2004, according to Wikipedia.
She is currently a Senior Fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, where she lectures on Iraq and Middle East politics.
She speaks with CNN about the future of Iraq.
