Pope Francis Arrives Next Tuesday

Pope Francis will be coming to the U.S., and he arrives next Tuesday.  The U.S. visit will include a Sept. 24 address to Congress, the first by a pope, writes the Associated Press.

The AP reports that the pope will be met by The President when he disembarks from the plane in Washington D.C. and that former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, a Catholic, will attend Mass with Francis in Washington.

4:15 p.m: Junipero Serra Canonization Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception

11 a.m. Brief appearance on West Front of Capitol
