The Secret of Danville High School

The author is writing this because there seems to be nothing about it on the internet.

This is ONE of the secrets of Danville High School, though there are many.

In roughly May of 1987, there was a party in Danville, Illinois. It was at the end of the school year, perhaps after prom. It was an informal party at a house. Many high school students came. There were drugs and alcohol. I believe all the people were whites.

During the party, a freshman named Matt Runyan and a senior named Mike Huff had sex with a freshman girl in front of everyone. Apparently it was some type of “gang bang” scenario. A sophomore named Chris Murray also took part in this.

Word has it that while they were having sex, other boys masturbated on the girl. After that, a few of them wrote all over the girl’s body with pens, creating fake tattoos, etc.

Supposedly another guy filmed the entire thing on video.

It was all very rock-and-roll. Unfortunately, it was also probably a rape. The girl was 14 or 15, so by age alone it would be considered statutory rape.

The freshman girl (who is now around 50) had a foreign-sounding name. Did racism play a role ?

No one was ever prosecuted. The girl and her family did not have them prosecuted. The girl never seemed to talk about the incident.

These people are still out there today, with kids and families, working regular jobs.

The author is unaware if the incident resulted in a pregnancy or abortion.

This story was confirmed by 3 or 4 different people.

The author will cut these people some slack : I’ll assume that this party did NOT have the atmosphere of a satanic cult. Many different people were at that party, including at least one (Australian) exchange student. How do things like this impact America’s image ?

From what I understand, the atmosphere was that of a frat party, Girls Gone Wild, or Spring Break.

The event was always considered “borderline.” Some people wondered if it was a kind of date rape similar to the movie The Accused.

I have more names. I hesitate to publish names because of unintended consequences.

However, it is believed that the whole thing was witnessed by sophomore Sarah Adair, who is married to Dr. Khalid Abbed, also of Danville. They are now roughly 52 years old and live in Connecticut and can be reached at 203-557-0290 and 203-785-2807. They are at 46 Turkey Hill Road S, Westport CT. Dr. Abbed works for Hartford Healthcare.

The author: I am a person who went to high school with these people. I was in the same grade as the freshman girl.

Nun Raped In India, Suspect Found

Last year, a 72-year-old nun was reportedly raped during an attack at a convent school in West Bengal in India.  The nation was shocked.

Recently, the main suspect was arrested.

On June 17th NDTV reported that Nazrul, a 28-year-old Bangladeshi national, was arrested at the Sealdah railway station when he was getting off a local train.

13-Year-Old Took Part In Four-Hour Gang Rape In U.K.

A young schoolboy was involved in a violent gang rape with six older men which was all filmed on a cellphone, a U.K. court has heard.

An investigation was sparked and police launched a major operation after a 20-year-old woman told police she was raped in a house in Southampton, Hampshire, UK, in January, according to mirror.co.uk.

Earlier in the night the woman had been visiting friends before walking through a subway on her way home, according to The New York Post.  That’s where she met one of the defendants, Mihaita Palie.

The Mirror reports that she went back to the house, where six others were waiting, and was subjected to a horrifying four-hour ordeal, which was filmed on a cellphone.

“In this room were these defendants and they subsequently subjected her to rape and other sexual abuse as described in the indictment,” said prosecutor Simon Foster.

The court was told that the woman managed to make her way to a public phone after the attack and was able to call police.

“She telephoned the police. They came and found her. She told them about the address in which she had spent a few hours,” Foster added.  “The defendants were arrested and she later gave a three-hour account in interview,” he said.

Octavian Militaru, 37, Mihaita Palie, 33, Cosmin Nicut, 20, Radu-Florin Panciuc, 20, Nicolae Ghinea, 21, Ion Matei, 41, and the 13-year-old boy are facing a four-week trial. writes The New York Post.

Indian Gang Rape Victim Faces Exhausting ‘Purification Ritual’

An Indian woman who was gang-raped and impregnated as a result will have to go through a “purification ritual” to remain the part of her society, writes the Pakistan Tribe news publication.

The only condition in which her society would accept her back is that she would go through an exhausting ritual which is conducted to “purify” her, according to the Pakistan Tribe.

The ritual is ordered by her community’s local courts and only has to be undertaken by the females in cases of rape or infidelity.

The ritual entails a test in which a “tantric” – a priest basically practicing black magic and believing in supernatural powers – asks the victim questions regarding the incident. The ritual pre-dates the existence of courts and the police, according to the BBC News.

The transparency of her responses is to be determined by the number of barley seeds in the priest’s hand.

The woman will be asked whether the number of seeds in the priest’s hand is even or odd.  If she gives the right answer, she will supposedly be telling the truth and if she cannot give the right answer it will mean that she has been telling lies.

In return for this, she will have to carry a 10-kg stone on her head while giving answers to the same questions asked previously.  This process continues for until the priest is satisfied that she has finally told the truth.

If the lady passes the test and is purified, then she is accepted by her family and if not then she will have to leave the community, writes the Pakistani Tribe.

Gang Rapists On Trial

The second of four Pittsfield defendants – Justin A. King – charged with gang raping a University of Massachusetts student is scheduled to start today following a last-minute slate of motions argued in Hampshire Superior Court last week.

Defendant Emmanuel Bile was tried and convicted in March and has begun serving an 8- to 10-year state prison sentence.  Adam T. Liccardi and Caleb Womack are due to be tried in that order after King.

King, 21, Liccardi, 20, Bile, 21, and Caleb Womack, 20, were each charged with raping the student in Pierpont Dormitory on Oct. 13, 2012, according to masslive.com.

The judge in the King rape trial told the lawyers for both sides Friday that she will question the jury. On Friday, Hampshire Superior Court Judge Bertha D. Josephson told defense lawyer Terrence Dunphy and prosecutor Jenifer Suhl that she would conduct a “voir dire” of the jurors as they are seated.

The additional questioning is made possible by an order of the Massachusetts Superior Court handed down in February. The ruling allows lawyers to gather more information from prospective jurors, but judges still have the discretion to question the jurors themselves during the enrolling of a jury, writes masslive.com.

Another Look At The Duggar Situation

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are defending their handling of eldest son Josh’s molestation of five underage girls, including four of their daughters, writes TYT Network.

In an interview with Fox News’ Megyn Kelly on ‘The Kelly File’ Wednesday, the reality TV stars went into great detail about what exactly happened 12 years ago when Josh, the eldest son of the ’19 Kids and Counting’ clan, confessed to having touched some of his younger sisters inappropriately.

“There were a couple of times he came and told us what he had done,” Jim Bob Duggar told Kelly of how the found out about Josh’s actions. “Again this was not rape or anything like that, it was touching someone over the clothes. there were a couple of times he touched someone under the clothes, for a few seconds. Each time he came and told us crying. It was the third time that we decided we needed help.”

According to The Washington Post, in newly released portions of an interview with Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly, Jessa Seewald came to the defense of her oldest brother, Josh Duggar.

“I do want to speak up in his defense against people who are calling him a child molester or a pedophile or a rapist,” Seewald said in the interview. “I’m like that is so overboard and a lie really. I mean people get mad at me for saying that, but I can say this because I was one of the victims.”

Another Duggar sister, 24-year-old Jill Dillard, said that although it wasn’t their “first choice” to speak publicly about the matter, she and Seewald decided to “set the record straight” once the story broke and was widely discussed.

What Is The Situation With Bernie Sanders’ ‘Rape Article?’

A new topic has been making the rounds in the main-stream media in regards to Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders:  an essay he wrote in the 1970’s that talks about rape fantasies.

The essay appeared in the alternative newspaper the Vermont Freeman.  Sanders was age 31 at the time.

The Democratic candidate said on a Sunday talk show that it was simply an attempt to address power dynamics – much like the erotic novel “50 Shades of Grey.”

“This is a piece of fiction that I wrote in 1972, I think,” the Vermont senator told Chuck Todd on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

Could Mr. Sanders’ political enemies use the old essay against him?

“That was 43 years ago. It was very poorly written and if you read it, what it was dealing with was gender stereotypes, why some men like to oppress women, why other women like to be submissive, you know, something like ‘Fifty Shades of Grey,’” he elaborated.

Mother Jones Magazine unearthed the article last week.  Sanders spokesman Michael Briggs called it a “dumb attempt at dark satire in an alternative publication.”

Is Cosby In Too Deep?

Bill Cosby “almost” responded to the rape allegations against him in a new interview with ABC’s “Good Morning America (GMA),” writes The Huffington Post.

He was joined for his interview by the leaders of a group that brings awareness to the state of underfunded schools in rural Alabama, writes The Hollywood Reporter.

The interview seemed designed to discuss his work with the organization, but GMA aired only the portions of the interview that involved questions about the sexual-assault allegations. More of the interview is set to air on ABC’s Nightline, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Cosby said he’s baffled by the situation, and the interview with Good Morning America aired with little promotion on Friday.

When ABC asked him about allegations that he drugged and raped many women, Cosby didn’t directly address the questions, writes The Huffington Post.

Raped 10-Year-Old Denied Abortion

A 10-year-old who was raped by her stepfather in Paraguay won’t be allowed to have an abortion. Abortion in Paraguay is illegal, writes the British newspaper The Telegraph.

According to the British newspaper The Guardian, the Catholic country only allows abortion if pregnancy is “life-threatening.”

SNL’s Kenan Thompson Reportedly Calls Bill Cosby A ‘Monster’ Regarding Sexual Assault Allegations

“Saturday Night Live” actor/comedian Kenan Thompson stopped by the University of Pittsburgh on Monday night to look back on his career and make some jokes, according to The Huffington Post.

Thompson allegedly also took a few moments from his appearance to talk about Bill Cosby.

During his stand-up set, Thompson reportedly called Cosby a “monster” in regards to the recent sexual assault allegations against Cosby, according to the University’s student newspaper, The Pitt News.

The paper says Thompson kept the rest of his comments on Cosby light with his “SNL” impression.

Reddit user  “Definitely_Ambiguous” posted in the “Live From New York” subreddit section Monday night that Thompson shared stories about his time with Cosby on the set of the 2004 film Fat Albert.  Here’s what Thompson allegedly said, according to the Redditor:

So like, he started by talking about actually not getting the role of Fat Albert, but it then went into development hell for two years. After (or during, I can’t remember) his first season of SNL, he got the gig. He then talked about an odd remark Cosby made to him while filming, something like, “So Cosby pulled me aside and said that after the movie comes out, it’ll be so hard to keep the women off you, you’ll need two dicks.” And then he brought, like, his mom to see Cosby and he was creepy and bounced her on his lap and said something about horse riding like a kiddie..

Kenan got pretty real and just talked about what it feels like to have someone go from so commonly liked to being a piece of shit. He, like so many others, noticed kind of odd behavior awhile ago and just never put it all together. He said he wished someone had a recording or something so the guy can go to jail.
